Nutrition Intern

During my internship at RS Bhayangkara, I combined clinical expertise with operational efficiency to improve patient nutrition. I redesigned lunch menus to meet strict dietary standards while training staff on hygiene and safety protocols. One of my key contributions was implementing HACCP for a high-risk menu item, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. I also provided end-to-end clinical care—from assessment to evaluation—for patients with metabolic syndrome, infectious diseases, and fractures, tailoring diets to accelerate recovery.

Puskesmas Pademangan Timur

Nutrition Intern

At Puskesmas Pademangan Timur, I tackled malnutrition at the community level. I assessed the nutritional status of 42% toddlers and 30 pregnant women using anthropometry and dietary interviews, uncovering critical gaps. Through focused group discussions with Posyandu leaders, I identified local challenges and designed a 3-day nutrition program titled “Gizi Seimbang untuk Mengatasi Stunting.” Post-tests revealed a measurable boost in participants’ knowledge. Additionally, I provided one-on-one counseling to 15 pregnant women, addressing deficiencies with practical dietary solutions.

In this short-term role, I helped orchestrate a seamless ballet event by managing backstage logistics. I guided dancers to their preparation areas and assisted attendees in finding their seats, ensuring the event ran smoothly despite its fast-paced environment.
